2. Bespoke Design & “Image-to-Product” Disclaimer

Reference Materials: When you provide sketches, photographs, or digital designs, you represent that you have the right to use those images.

Prototyping: While we strive for exact replication, slight variations may occur due to material availability, structural integrity requirements, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Final Approval: Production only commences once a technical drawing or a detailed specification sheet has been signed off by the client.
3. Quotations and Pricing

Estimates: Any pricing discussed via the website or initial consultation is an estimate. Formal quotes are issued separately and are valid for 14 days.

Exclusions: Unless stated otherwise, quotes exclude delivery and installation fees within the greater Johannesburg area.
4. Payment Terms
As we specialize in custom-made items:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure materials and initiate production.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection from our factory.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and “Greek key” motifs featured on this website are the property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction of our original designs or website content is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for errors in final products resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the client. We recommend our professional on-site measurement service for all built-in or large-scale commissions.
